The Police Commission for the City of Genoa is conducting a recruitment for qualified individuals interested in a career with the Genoa Police Department to establish an eligibility list for the position of Police Officer.
The Minimum Qualifications are as Follows:
You must be 20 years of age and not more than 35.
You must be a United States Citizen
You must have a High School Degree.
You must be an individual of upstanding moral character with no felony arrests.
You must be able to meet minimum physical standards as established by the Illinois Police Training and Standards board.

Current starting salary is $37,000 with a generous benefit package and a 3.5 day work week (12 hour shifts) with every other weekend off (3 days).
